Ayyusip, Free Harvest from Benguet Mountains

If you read labels of the expensive herbal food supplements being marketed nowadays, you may find that a fruit similar to this (if not it) is among the ingredients.

  3. I just saw the picture of the plant and I copied it. I need it for documentation. I do have some pictures of the plant but without the fruits. Thanks for posting the picture!
    We call the plant in Bakun the same as 'ayusip', do you know other name of the plants aside from it? And do you still have these in Atok? Thanks a lot!

  4. "Gatmo" or "Gotmo" di awag mi sinan part di buguias. Aw nalakana ay maanapan sin idi karu nu sumang at ka lang sin dontog, wada dana ay wild fruits. Kaasi edwani tan maga lay mailas kandana, aw tetewa manmanu iman lay maila si kandana.
