i-Benguet refers to a person who comes from Benguet.
i-Bontoc refers to a person who comes from Bontoc, Mt. Province.
In general, the name of the place of origin is prefixed by "i" in order to attribute a person to his/her place of origin. The name of the place can be a name of a barrio, a municipality or a province.
An alternative is to use the prefix "taga" instead of "i". Hence, taga-Benguet, taga-Bontoc, ...
