Nag-ed is a Kankanaey dialect word that means "injured through a cut by any bladed or sharp object".

Nag-ed din takkay di an-anak tan ingenanay gipan. = The hand of a child had a cut because he/she held a knife.

Inged di bulong di bellang din sikin din ipugaw ay enmey sin dontog. = The leaf of a coggon grass made a cut on the foot of the person who went to the mountain.
