All organizations should participate in ensuring growth and development in the field by conforming to established frameworks for software development. Sadly, my organization does not seem to care about quality work as far as the software development practice of a partner is concerned.
SO SAD! Still, hats off to my friends who are earnest in teaching software development principles despite an observed blatant disregard by some bodies...
